The Housing and Neighborhood Development department at the City of Bloomington will be facilitating a series of five public focus groups on poverty issues in Monroe County. If you’d like to attend they are:

- Social Services: Tuesday, July 28, 7:00 p.m., Monroe County Community Kitchen, 917 W. Rogers Street
- Economic Development: Tuesday, August 4, 5:30 p.m., Bloomington City Hall, McCloskey Room, 401 N. Morton Street
- Homeless Issues: Tuesday, August 11, 5:30 p.m., Shalom Community Center, 219 E. 4th Street
- Community Development, Neighborhood Stablization: Thursday, Aug. 20, 5:30 p.m., City Hall, McCloskey Room, 401 N. Morton Street
